• Cancel Anytime: Enjoy the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time without hassle.

Refund Policy:

• Monthly Plans: Cancel during your billing cycle to avoid future charges.
• Yearly Plans: Cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your term (excluding the current month and the 2 free months). Refunds are calculated based on the monthly rate.

Additional Disclosures:

• Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. You can cancel your membership at any time.
• Plan Pricing: Membership prices vary depending on the number of cars you have enrolled.
• Consulting Hours: Consulting/advice hours used within your monthly allotment are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to the next month.
• Custom Service Quotes: We reserve the right to quote custom hourly rates for any service beyond your included monthly consulting hours.Services exceeding your included monthly consultation hours require a custom quote, and any payment for such custom services is non-refundable.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel memberships for any reason, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
