Car Transport Agreement

This Car Transport Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Andromeda Crown LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Andromeda Crown”), whose principal office is located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. By checking the Agreement Confirmation box on the website and submitting payment, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. This Agreement is effective as of July 01, 2025.

1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets forth the terms under which Andromeda Crown LLC will coordinate and manage the car transport of Client’s vehicle(s) for:

• Local Transport within the Miami Grand Area and throughout Florida,
• Nationwide Car Transport, and
• International Vehicle Transport.

Andromeda Crown LLC provides expert consulting and management services to car collectors, including but not limited to:

• Automotive Asset Management
• Storage Management
• Car Dealer Management
• Mechanic Shop Selection & Management
• Auto Body Shop Selection & Management
• Sales and Acquisition of Luxury & Exotic Cars
• Auto Luxury & Exotic Logistics
• Registration & Title Services
• Customization Management
• Auto Reconditioning
• Auto Care & Detailing
• Luxury Auto Recordkeeping & History Management

Note: Andromeda Crown LLC does not perform the above services directly. Most or all services are coordinated through third-party service providers.

2. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Agreement:

• “Client” refers to the party contracting services from Andromeda Crown LLC
• “Transport Services” refer to the coordination and facilitation of vehicle transport through independent third-party providers.
• “Business Days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

3. CLIENT’S ADDRESS & NOTIFICATIONS

Client shall provide a valid, complete address and contact information. All notices under this Agreement may be sent by email and shall be deemed received upon transmission. Client agrees to promptly update Andromeda Crown of any change in address, phone number, or email.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & INSURANCE

• Client represents that the vehicle is in safe, operable condition unless previously disclosed in writing.
• Client is responsible for ensuring adequate personal or commercial auto insurance coverage during transport.
• Andromeda Crown recommends that Client obtain additional insurance for high-value vehicles.
• Client shall remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to transport. Andromeda Crown and its service providers are not liable for any items left in the vehicle.

5. TRANSPORT SERVICE DETAILS & IMPORTANT NOTES

Local Transport – Miami Grand Area

• Pricing Scope: Rates provided apply to one-way transport within a 20-mile radius of the Miami Grand Area.
• Vehicle Size: Includes standard-sized SUVs. Oversized SUVs and other oversized vehicles are not included and may require a custom quote.
• Variable Pricing: Final pricing may vary based on season, route, and vehicle.

Local car Transport Coordination Requirements:

• Car transport must be scheduled during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required to book a Local Transport.
• Contact us directly during business hours for coordination.

Local Car Transport Weekend Service:

• Saturday: Limited service is available. Please inquire and book during business hours
• Sunday: No transport service is available.

Note: All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Nationwide & International Car Transport

• Variable Pricing: Pricing is an estimate and may vary depending on the season, route, and vehicle type.
• Vehicle Size: Includes standard-sized SUVs. Oversized SUVs or specialty vehicles are not included.

Nationwide & International Car TransportCoordination Requirements:

• Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for transport coordination during business hours.
• Contact us directly during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) for a custom quote and scheduling.
• Pickup Window: Typically between 24 to 72 business hours, depending on availability and location.

Note: All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

6. CHARGES, FEES, AND DEFAULT

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
• Client acknowledges and agrees that all bookings are final, and under no circumstances will payments be refunded or credited
• Non-payment or chargebacks shall constitute a default under this Agreement and may result in cancellation of services and legal action for collection and damages.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Andromeda Crown LLC acts solely as a coordinator and facilitator. It is not responsible for damage to Client’s vehicle(s) incurred during transport or by third-party service providers. Client acknowledges that any and all claims for loss or damage must be made directly to the transporter or relevant provider.

8. NO WARRANTY

Andromeda Crown LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided by third-party transporters or the outcome of any transport coordination.

9. RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS

Client hereby releases Andromeda Crown LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to services performed by third parties. Client agrees to hold Andromeda Crown harmless for any loss, including damage to vehicles, delays, or service disruptions.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andromeda Crown LLC from any claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from Client’s breach of this Agreement, false representations, or actions causing damage or injury to third parties.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Venue for any legal action shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written representations or agreements. No modification shall be valid unless in writing and signed or confirmed digitally by both parties.

13. VEHICLE PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION

Client agrees to provide clear photographs and documentation of the vehicle’s condition prior to pickup and upon delivery. These materials will be used to support any claims or disputes.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Andromeda Crown LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of war, governmental restrictions, labor strikes, pandemics, acts of third parties beyond the control of Andromeda Crown LLC, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, the matter shall be submitted to mediation in Miami-Dade County before pursuing litigation. If mediation fails, parties may proceed with legal action as provided under this Agreement.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. NO GUARANTEE OF TIMING

Client acknowledges that transport timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, logistics, customs, or third-party delays. Andromeda Crown LLC is not liable for any delivery or pickup delays.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIMER

Client agrees that all transport services are performed by independent third-party carriers and providers. Andromeda Crown LLC shall not be liable for acts, omissions, or conduct of such providers.

19. PHOTO & TESTIMONIAL CONSENT

Client grants Andromeda Crown LLC permission to use non-personal, non-identifiable photos or written testimonials for promotional purposes, unless declined in writing prior to the start of service.

20. DIGITAL SIGNATURE

By checking the Agreement Confirmation box and submitting payment, Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement. This action constitutes a legally binding digital signature pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and Florida Statutes §668.001–.006
